Client Curtin Care’s Marine Views Cottesloe aged care facility officially opened last night.

We are proud to be a part of the delivery of this new aged care facility, where we provided mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire services, along with a number of engineering initiatives including:

+  100KWp photovoltaic array
+  Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) linking the Independent Living units to the Residential Care Facility
+  State of the art AI people analytics and nurse call tracking
+  300KW standby diesel generator
+  Electric vehicle charging stations
+  Centralised heat recovery air cooled VRF system
+  Centralised outside air heat recovery system

Located on Marine Parade in Cottesloe, the facility consists of high-end luxury and resort-style independent living units and residential care facilities The new aged care building will accommodate 140 new bedrooms, as well as new function rooms, cinema, café, hairdresser and salon, library, spa, private dining, a host of living areas, dining areas, courtyards and open terraces with scenic coastal views.
